Warranty
CAVRE provides a 2-year warranty service for customers who purchase our products directly from the CAVRE website.
For products purchased through our website, the warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. If a defect covered under the warranty is found, we will either replace or repair the watch. Customers who purchase from other channels, such as local authorized retailers, should contact the original retailer for warranty service.
Note: If the item you purchased is no longer available, we will offer a replacement with a item of similar value or provide store credit; the choice is yours. This is to assure you that you are happy with our decision.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship only on the watch components, including the movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands, and indices, under normal conditions of use. Any other components or areas not mentioned above are not covered by this warranty.
Please note that repairs or replacements will not be processed under the warranty in the following cases:
- Failure or damage resulting from improper use or negligence (e.g., dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Aesthetic changes that arise from normal wear and tear or aging (e.g., minor scratches, discoloration of the case or strap, peeling of the plating)
- If no proof of purchase is available
- Battery replacement
